Dr. Theo Tsaousides is a neuropsychologist and author of the book “Brainblocks: Overcoming the 7 hidden barriers to success,” a guide on how to defeat common habits that prevent us from achieving our goals. 

His expertise is in brain training for cognitive and emotional fitness. Using techniques to improve left-brain logic and right-brain creativity, he helps his clients develop the mental skills they need to overcome their fears, meet their challenges, and reach their goals.

Dr. Theo founded the LEAP Center to help people achieve their goals. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Theo is a research consultant at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, and has academic appointments at St. John’s University in New York and the Aristotle University in Greece, where he teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in neuropsychology and behavioral neuroscience. He gives speeches and runs workshops for professionals and organizations, nationally and internationally.
